The M6771AD adopts high-speed handling technologies, and simultaneously tests 32/64 devices. The high throughput of up to 7200 devices per hour, achieves a greatly decreased test cost. The M6771AD reduces also machine index time to further boost productivity, by speed up of the test tray transfer system.

Enables stable operation by optimally controlling every device
The M6771AD incorporates an absolutely new handling system and new mechanism to transfer memory devices of reduced size such as CSP, etc. The M6771AD enables high-speed and low vibration operation of the motor, by controlling via a newly developed motor drive. By optimally operating every device, the M6771AD achieves stable operation, and extends the life-time of the parts in this memory handler. By adopting a solid frame, the M6771AD further achieves stable operation.

Further boosts productivity by connection to an intracompany network
The M6771AD employs sequence-only and interface-only controllers to provide information for factory automation, information from operational data to various setting data. The interface-only controller incorporates general-purpose operating system. Accordingly, an intracompany network can be easily connected by simply adding a LAN card in a column and a monitoring of an exposure operation in this system. Further an advanced gun exchange mechanism and the support of a periodic check allows high availability of this system in a production environment.

Changing the device type on the production line can be easily accomplished
When changing the device type on the production line, much time is expended to adjust the line. The M6771AD employs a non-adjustment-method change kit, so that no adjustment is required. Changing the device type can be accomplished by simply switching the Change Kit and HIFIX, taking only a short time.

Effective and numerous functions and options
Operation has been improved through the adoption of a touch panel. To effectively test devices in a short time, high-speed fourstep functions to effectively inspect devices, improved buffer function to reduce the throughput, automatic reinspection function, twocategory expansion unit capable of adding two auto elevator stockers, five-category expansion unit (optional) capable of adding five auto elevator stockers, etc. are available. Accordingly these contribute to further boost productivity.
