Nantong Fujitsu Microelectronics Co., Ltd. one of the top 10 assembly & testing company in China, announced to select ADVANTEST T2000 tester as their new generation testing platform for SoC device production. The new T2000 tester will start mass production from the end of 2008.

Nantong Fujitsu Microelectronics Co., Ltd. Plans to use T2000 tester for all of their SoC products’ mass production, which include DTV device, multi-media device and DSP device etc. The production of these devices will transfer to T2000. They will be benefited from T2000’s open architecture and new added functions such as high performance analog modules.

ADVANTEST will cooperate with Nantong Fujitsu Microelectronics Co., Ltd. and offer high performance, low cost, open architecture test solutions to Chinese local SoC fabless.
