Mr. Huqili, Vice-Chairman of Ninth CPPCC National Committee who was elected Vice-Chairman of the Ninth National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) in March 1998, a member of 12th to 14th CPC Central Committees and Standing Committee member of Fifth CPPCC National Committee.
