analog and 256 digital pins, T6300 systems can achieve
simultaneous testing of up to 4 devices. And, these
systems achieve extremely high throughput when compared
with previous generation models. Each of the analog pins
provides an LCD comparator. Device characterization and
high performance testing is also significantly enhanced
by using multiple digitizers (1 per each 8 analog pins)
with high-speed acquisition
