LCD display panels used for consumer electronic products for information and communications, such as PCs, cellular phones, digital cameras, or LCD televisions, are rapidly increasing in production.
Therefore, a reduction in production cost is desirable for LCD driver ICs. The T6372/6362 are the newest LCD driver test systems capable of testing at with high throughput, with and high accuracy, at low cost.

Simultaneous testing up to four devices with multiple pins
The T6372/6362 testers have up to 1536 channels for connecting to LCD display panel pins, so that simultaneous testing of four devices with 384 pins each, or two devices with 768 pins each, can be performed. Furthermore, the T6372/6362 achieves extremely high throughput compared with to traditional models.

Tests the most advanced driver ICs
The T6372/6362 are capable of testing driver ICs with 10bit resolution (1024 gradations) by adopting a high speed and high accuracy digitizer. Furthermore, since a high-speed 125 MHz digital test section is provided, the T6372/6362 is capable of testing high-speed diferential interfaces of TFT source drivers such as RSDS or Mini-LVDS.

Includes the Viewpoint Software adopted by T6000 series testers
The T6372/6362 incorporates Viewpoint Software in the same environment as the T6000 series SoC testers, which have adopted a GUI and have acquired a good reputation with its GUI.
Furthermore, T6000 software is fully compatible with the T6371/6361, so that conventional programs can be used without modification.
